EMIs are illustrative amortisation calculations, not sanctioned bank offers. Post-subsidy estimates assume immediate eligible credit to outstanding principal and bank-approved EMI re-amortisation at unchanged rate/tenure. In practice subsidy may reach customer bank account or linked loan account; banks may reduce tenure rather than EMI, and actual outstanding balance depends on elapsed instalments.
